AI-Powered Estimates

The App uses artificial intelligence to estimate nutritional information. These estimates are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered perfectly accurate.

  • You are responsible for verifying nutritional information
  • The App is not a substitute for professional nutritional advice
  • Confidence scores indicate reliability but do not guarantee accuracy

Health Disclaimer

nutrition.log is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The App does not provide medical advice.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet or health routine. Do not rely solely on information provided by the App for health decisions.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into the App. You can export or delete your data at any time.

By using the App, you grant us permission to:

  • Store your data securely on our servers
  • Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the App
  • Process your data as described in our Privacy Policy

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed from our servers according to our data retention policy.

Subscription and Payments

If you purchase a subscription through the App, you agree to pay the fees specified at the time of purchase. Subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policy. Please contact Apple directly for refund requests.

Limitation of Liability
